Ainsley Ierland Joins Vinson & Elkins Aviation Finance Practice in London

Ms. Ierland’s experience focuses on complex, cross-border transactions in the aviation finance industry and she is recognised for her technical expertise and collaborative approach, the firm said.

This addition comes after Vinson & Elkins recently opened its office in Dublin to establish a coordinated aviation finance presence across the three markets ruled by English and New York law, it stated.

“Her appointment supports our broader strategy of offering clients a fully integrated transatlantic platform with depth across the full lifecycle of aviation transactions,” said David Berkery, Head of the firm’s Aviation Finance department.
