Tech Edge hosted a fireside chat on March 24 at RSA Conference 2026 in San Francisco with Blake Darché, Head of Threat Intelligence at Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET). The in-person interview was joined by Editor-in-Chief John Jannarone and they discussed how Cloudforce One solves specific industry challenges that other solutions haven’t addressed effectively, among other topics.
About Blake Darché
Blake Darché serves as the Head of Threat Intelligence at Cloudflare, overseeing various operations related to threat intelligence and product engineering. In addition, Blake holds positions as a Seed Investor at Revic AI and Drata, and serves on the Advisory Board for Store Labs.
With extensive prior experience, Blake co-founded Area 1 Security, serving as Chief Security Officer, and worked at CrowdStrike as a Principal Consultant and Facility Security Officer. Previous roles include Senior Malware and Forensics Analyst at Assured Information Security and Computer Network Exploitation Analyst at the National Security Agency.
Blake holds a Master of Science in Security Informatics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Blake has also contributed to public safety as a Ski Patrol member at Big Sky Resort and formerly at Liberty Mountain Resort.
