J&J Snack Foods CEO Dan Fachner on Dippin’ Dots Acquisition: ICR Conference 2026

About Dan Fachner

Dan Fachner has been President and Chief Executive Officer of J & J Snack Foods Corp. since May 2021, became a member of its Board of Directors in May 2022 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in November 2023. Appointed CEO in May 2021, after serving as President for one year, Mr. Fachner began his career with the ICEE Company more than forty years ago and has held several roles with increasing responsibilities during that time, including President and CEO. Previously served as President of ICEE for 23 years, overseeing a period of strong growth, he supported the organization’s growth in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia, Central America and the Middle East. Mr. Fachner is currently a member of the Board of Directors of In His Grip Golf, Azusa Pacific University, and Consumer Brands Association. Mr. Fachner has also previously served on the Board of Los Angeles Pacific University.
