On Holding AG (NYSE: ONON) said net sales were up 22.6% to CHF 743.8 million in the fourth quarter compared to the year prior.
DTC net sales increased 21.7% to CHF 360.6 million in the quarter, while wholesale net sales grew 23.4% to CHF 383.2 million, it stated.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 31.8% to CHF 131 million compared to the prior year, with basic EPS decreasing to CHF 0.21 from CHF 0.28 and adjusted basic EPS down to CHF 0.25 from CHF 0.33, it stated.
“By charting our own course and executing with discipline against our strategic priorities, we have built a powerful financial engine that is driving record results,” said Martin Hoffmann, On CEO and CFO.
The company expects 2026 net sales to grow at least 23% on a constant currency basis, gross profit margin of at least 63.0%, and adjusted EBITDA margin between 18.5% and 19%, it said.
