Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: A) said it appointed Adam S. Elinoff as Chief Financial Officer starting on Nov. 17, who joins from having previously served Amgen as its vice president of finance and treasurer.
Mr. Elinoff has over two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment relations, and business transformation, among others, the company stated.
“Adam’s expertise in strategic planning and M&A and his commitment to cross-functional collaboration will be invaluable as we accelerate Agilent’s Ignite Operating System,” said Padraig McDonnell, Agilent President and CEO.
