He brings more than two decades of experience spanning restaurant operations and enterprise SaaS. David began his career in restaurant operations at P.F. Chang’s and Outback Steakhouse and is a managing partner in an iconic Austin restaurant—experience that grounds his leadership in the real-world challenges of hospitality teams.
He co-founded HotSchedules and spent 21 years helping scale the platform into a foundational operating system for the hospitality industry. David later served as CEO of Black Box Intelligence, where he led the company in delivering performance insights that helped operators make better, more informed decisions.
