About Brandon Robinson

As the CEO and co-founder of Horizon Aircraft, Brandon Robinson leads the development of the next generation of hybrid electric Vertical TakeOff and Landing (VTOL) aircraft. This aircraft will offer a more sustainable and efficient solution across a number of missions: delivering critical cargo and goods to remote locations, conducting medical evacuation and organ transport with a 70% reduced emissions, and helping with disaster relief, firefighting and many other climate-related problems.

Mr. Robinson served in the RCAF as a CF-18 fighter pilot for 20 years and was able to complete the Canadian Top Gun course, helped to shape core tactics, was a Director charged with managing major capital projects exceeding $4B including the F-35 acquisition, and was selected as part of the succession plan for senior Air Force leadership positions.

The co-author of several successful aerospace patents, he is at the vanguard of the Advanced Air Mobility movement, and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Royal Military College, as well as an MBA from Royal Roads University.
