Expanding its leadership team, Zeta Global (NYSE: Zeta) has hired Candice Chafey as Chief People Officer, effective immediately. Chafey will lead Zeta’s human resources team, spearhead Zeta’s culture initiatives, and drive the Company’s employee experience strategy. This hire comes at an important time for Zeta, as the company continues to hit strides against its long-term Zeta 2025 growth plan, which was announced in February 2022.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior human resource roles in companies such as Sisense, Bridgewater Associates, and Lehman Brothers, Chafey is the right fit to join the Zeta leadership team. With expertise in aligning talent with business objectives, shaping corporate culture, and creating an employee-first environment, Chafey will help further Zeta’s global people strategy and initiatives. She will be responsible for talent acquisition, professional development, and the company’s philanthropic initiative, ZetaCares.
