About Brittany Kaiser
Brittany Kaiser is a serial entrepreneur, advocate, and globally recognized authority on data protection, digital asset policy, and the governance of artificial intelligence. Her career has been defined by a single thesis pursued across two decades: that the rights of individuals and institutions in the digital era must be enforced not only through law, but through the architecture of the systems themselves.
Kaiser began her career in human rights and international law, working on data-driven humanitarian and political campaigns before joining the team that would become Cambridge Analytica, where she served as Director of Business Development. Her decision to come forward as a whistleblower — testifying before the UK Parliament, cooperating with investigations in the United States and Europe, and providing evidence that reshaped the global conversation on data privacy — established her as one of the defining figures of the modern data-rights movement. Her account of that period, Targeted, was published worldwide by HarperCollins and became an international bestseller. She is the principal subject of the Netflix documentary The Great Hack, which was nominated for an Emmy and a BAFTA and shortlisted for an Academy Award.
In the years since, Kaiser has focused her work on the convergence of technology, ethics, and public policy. She has advised multiple U.S. Congressional subcommittees and served on official committees for the State of Wyoming on blockchain, fintech, and digital innovation, and has co-authored state and federal legislation on data ownership, digital assets, and AI ethics that now forms part of the legal foundation of the digital economy. She is Co-Founder and President of the Own Your Data Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to digital intelligence and data-literacy education, and a frequent advisor to governments, regulators, and multilateral institutions on privacy preserving technology and responsible AI.
As a founder and operator, Kaiser has taken multiple companies public on Nasdaq. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Compute Corp. (Nasdaq: ALP), where she leads the company’s strategy in confidential computing, data sovereignty, and the infrastructure underpinning the next generation of AI. Under her leadership, AlphaTON is building the institutional stack for a digital economy in which privacy, ownership, and computational integrity are guaranteed by design rather than by policy alone. Represented exclusively by Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Kaiser is a sought-after keynote speaker, policy advisor, and trainer to governments, corporations, and academic institutions around the world.
