About Brittany Kaiser
Brittany Kaiser is a serial entrepreneur, advocate, and globally recognized authority on data protection, digital asset policy, and the governance of artificial intelligence. Her career has been defined by a single thesis pursued across two decades: that the rights of individuals and institutions in the digital era must be enforced not only through law, but through the architecture of the systems themselves.

She is Co-Founder and President of the Own Your Data Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to digital intelligence and data-literacy education, and a frequent advisor to governments, regulators, and multilateral institutions on privacy preserving technology and responsible AI.
