Mr. Keating was joined by Editor-at-Large Jarrett Banks and they discussed the newly-formed Venture Services group which Ryan leads and how AI is reshaping the venture ecosystem by focusing on companies that can execute quickly and demonstrate tangible business results.
Mr. Keating touched on the panel he recently moderated at the 2nd Princeton CorpGov Forum in Princeton, New Jersey, which included a deep discussion of SpaceX and what investors look for in governance among big IPOs. “The best advisors already think and act like they’re on the cap table,” he said in the wide-ranging Nasdaq interview, available to watch below.

He has advised and worked with more than 120 early-stage venture capital-seeking and venture-backed companies, several as the interim CFO.
