Slate Medicines Appoints Mark W. Hahn to Board of Directors

Slate Medicines, a private biotech company developing new treatments for migraine and other headache disorders, has appointed Mark W. Hahn to its Board of Directors, they said.

The company said Hahn brings more than 25 years of life sciences leadership experience, including serving as CFO of Verona Pharma, where he helped guide the company through Phase 3 trials, FDA approval, and the commercial launch of Ohtuvayre before its $10 billion acquisition by Merck in 2025.
