MOBILion Systems said it partnered with Dr. Oliver Schmitz of the University of Duisburg-Essen, known for his expertise in multidimensional chromatography and ion source development, to integrate its technology.
This collaboration focuses on advancing multiomics applications, particularly in metabolomics, by leveraging a newly developed low mass SLIM system that delivers cleaner, more precise data for analyzing complex samples, the company said.
“The integration of this cutting-edge instrument into our research is transformative,” said Dr. Schmitz. “It offers unprecedented precision and throughput for analyzing complex samples and enhances our ability to explore previously inaccessible dimensions of research including single-cell metabolomics.”
