Reformation Inc. (NYSE: REF) said net revenue rose 24.1% to $155.2 million compared to the year prior driven by strength across channels, and net income increased 79.4% to $12.4 million or $0.23 per diluted share.
Adjusted EBITDA grew 53.9% to $25.4 million with margin expanding 320 basis points to 16.4%, while gross margin increased 230 basis points to 66.7%, it stated.
The company expects its fiscal outlook for 2026 to deliver net revenue in the range of $602 and $606 million, representing 18.6% to 19.5% growth compared to 2025, and adjusted EBITDA margin between 14% and 14.2%, it said.
