TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a global customer experience technology and services company, recently introduced two solutions that should help companies with measure their AI capabilities, The Futurum Group wrote in an article.
The first solution is a consultative AI Readiness Assessment, and the second is TTEC Digital Contact Center Intelligence powered by Amazon Web Services, The Futurum Group said.
“Customer experience can be greatly affected by agent or employee experience,” TTEC Digital’s Director of AI Solutions and Head of AI Center of Excellence, Aaron Schroeder said. “Knowing how associates are already being assisted and what’s working for them are important pieces as companies move forward with AI adoption,” he said.
