World Gym Corp. (TAI: 2762.TW) said it entered into a three-year partnership with HYROX, which hosts fitness racing competitions.
The partnership is HYROX”s largest in the Asia Pacific region, with 140 World Gym locations in Taiwan and expansion into Thailand later this year.
World Gym Taiwan will host challenges and events with HYROX style competitions, combining running with functional fitness to increase member engagement, the company stated.
“This partnership brings world-class fitness innovation to Taiwan while creating new pathways for our community to challenge themselves and achieve their goals,” said John Caraccio, World Gym President. “We also look forward to integrating this into our new presence in Thailand, which we will announce soon.”
