Technology, data analytics, and digital transformation consulting firm Resultant today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Dallas-Fort Worth-based data analytics company Teknion Data Solutions.
The deal will help Resultant’s geographical expansion into Texas, while adding to its data expertise, and adding around 60 new members to the Resultant team across data engineering, business intelligence, and sales. Resultant will also benefit from the addition of Teknion’s portfolio of more than 150 tested and recurring client relationships.
Resultant makes the announcement amid the continued execution of a considered M&A strategy, with the Teknion acquisition representing the fourth, and largest, in the last three years. Over that period, Resultant achieved 375% sales growth, with 70% coming via organic growth and 30% coming through M&A.
