About Craig Foster
As Chief Financial Officer at Pax8, Craig sets the financial course for Pax8 and oversees all aspects of the company’s financial strategy to ensure it continues driving sustainable growth and innovation. His leadership will be instrumental in guiding financial governance, optimizing growth opportunities, and scaling financial operations. Craig has 25 years of management experience in finance, operations and capital markets, having served as CFO of several public and private technology companies, including Inseego, Bright Machines and Financial Engines. Before joining Pax8, Craig was the CFO of PicsArt, a consumer software company. Prior to his executive roles, he worked in the software investment banking groups of Credit Suisse, UBS and RBC Capital Markets. Craig holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He currently sits on the board of UCSD Foundation and enjoys all things basketball and motorsports, especially Formula 1.
