Waldencast plc (Nasdaq: WALD) said fourth quarter net revenue grew 30.8% to $72.1 million.
Adjusted EBITDA doubled from the year prior to $11.2 million, or 15.5% of net revenue, driven by top-line performance and operational leverage, the company stated.
Obagi Medical was the fastest-growing professional skin care brand among the top 10 in the US in 2024, while Milk Makeup expanded its distribution to Ulta Beauty, it said.
The company’s outlook for 2025 includes mid-teens net revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion into the mid-to-high teens, it stated.
